MANITOU SPRINGS, Colo. — August 28, 2026 — The votes are in! Visit Manitou Springs is excited to announce Logan Puente as the winner of the 2026 Emma Crawford Coffin Races T-Shirt Design Competition.
Selected through public voting, Logan’s winning design captures the quirky spirit, history and one-of-a-kind energy of Manitou Springs’ signature fall event. The artwork will be featured on the official commemorative T-shirt and other merchandise for the 32nd Annual Emma Crawford Coffin Races, taking place Saturday, October 24, 2026.

Logan Puente is a multimedia artist, sculptor, illustrator and piñata maker who works across a wide variety of traditional and digital mediums.

Official Emma Crawford Coffin Races T-shirts will be available for pre-order beginning September 10, 2026 at manitousprings.org.
The 32nd Annual Emma Crawford Coffin Races return to downtown Manitou Springs on Saturday, October 24, 2026. VIP seating opens at 10 a.m., followed by the legendary hearse and coffin parade at noon and the coffin races immediately afterward.
The celebration continues with the Coffin Races After Party and Awards Ceremony from 2–5 p.m. at Soda Springs Park. Thousands of spectators are expected to line Manitou Avenue to watch costumed teams race customized coffins through the heart of downtown.
