Each 90-minute session includes a private cedar-filled hot tub and access to the cold plunge, sauna, and indoor saline pool. The spa offers multiple types of hydrotherapy to replenish and restore, while movement offerings include candlelight infrared recovery yoga, meditation, pranayama and Reiki.
