Colorado Springs food tour company marks a milestone year with its largest expansion in recent history.
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. — Rocky Mountain Food Tours is celebrating 16 years of connecting locals and visitors to the flavors, stories, and small businesses of the Pikes Peak region with the launch of four new culinary experiences, including a return to Manitou Springs after nearly a decade and a new partnership with the U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Museum.
Founded in 2010, Rocky Mountain Food Tours has welcomed more than 25,000 guests, earned over 1,700 five-star reviews, and partnered with dozens of locally owned restaurants and businesses throughout the region. The Summer 2026 expansion represents one of the company’s most significant periods of growth to date.
The newly launched tours include:
Manitou Market & Mineral Spring Tasting Tour — A morning walking tour featuring local tastings, historic mineral springs, and the unique charm of Manitou Springs.
Wild West Burgers & Brews Tour — A craft beer-focused experience showcasing Colorado breweries, gourmet burgers, and local history.
Sunset Sips on Tejon: Tacos & Tequila Tour — An evening happy hour-style tour featuring tacos, tequila, margaritas, and downtown Colorado Springs’ vibrant culinary scene.
Gold Medal Food Tour & Museum Experience — A new collaboration with the U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Museum that combines international food tastings with admission to one of Colorado Springs’ most celebrated attractions.
The expansion also marks Rocky Mountain Food Tours’ return to Manitou Springs, where the company operated during its early years before focusing exclusively on Colorado Springs. The new Manitou Market & Mineral Spring Tasting Tour is the company’s first regularly scheduled tour in Manitou Springs in nearly ten years.

Another highlight of the expansion is the company’s new partnership with the U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Museum. The Gold Medal Food Tour & Museum Experience combines culinary exploration with one of Colorado Springs’ premier cultural attractions, celebrating the city’s identity as Olympic City USA through food, history, and storytelling.
In addition to the new tours, Rocky Mountain Food Tours recently launched a redesigned website that serves as a resource for visitors looking to discover the best experiences throughout the Pikes Peak region.
