Don’t make the mistake of thinking rosé wines are only good as a lightweight aperitif.  John Myers of 80/Twenty Wines feels dry Rose’ has a great deal of versatility in pairing with food.  Myers has collaborated with 4 different Rose’ wine distributors in selecting dry rose’ wines from around the world.  This will provide attendees the thrill of experimenting with rosés and tasty small plates from local chefs at some of Pueblo’s leading restaurants. Myers says, “It is fun to expose people to the various Rose’ wines that are available and how they interact with great Pueblo food!” Tables of small tasty plates and samples of nothing but dry rosé wine will make this inaugural event a culinary treat. TICKETS AVAILABLE THROUGH SEPTEMBER 13 BY CALLING 719-295-7200. NO WALK-UPS ALLOWED.
